Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to manage roofing and painting projects from start to finish while assisting with sales and customer relationships. This role involves meeting with customers, preparing estimates, coordinating crews and materials, overseeing project quality, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers and assist with estimating and sales.
- Prepare and present roofing and painting proposals.
- Schedule projects and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and job progress.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and warranty items.
- Work closely with office staff, suppliers, and field crews to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, painting, construction, or project management preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Compensation
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance may be available based on experience.
- Compensation is negotiable
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
