Job Summary
$5,000 Hiring Bonus (50% after 6 months, remaining 50% after 1 year of employment)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced concrete Forman to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in various construction management tools. This role is crucial for maintaining project timelines and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Travel/Overnights will be required.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide the team in executing tasks accurately.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction processes and safety measures.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical documentation.
- Experience with quality control measures in construction projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with construction work, including lifting materials as needed.
