Job Summary:

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Help in organizing and stocking the kitchen with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the Catering and Dietary department in meal preparation
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment
Skills:
- Proficiency in knife skills for food preparation
- Experience in a Kitchen or Culinary environment
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques
- Prior experience in Food Service is a plus
