Responsibilities

- Utilize educational technology tools and learning technology platforms to enhance instruction and student engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, analyzing student performance data to inform instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and sharing best practices for differentiated instruction.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement through parent-teacher conferences and written reports.
- Incorporate special education strategies and accommodations for students with diverse needs, including those with autism or requiring early intervention support.
Requirements
- Proven experience teaching elementary school students, particularly in math education, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
- Experience working with children in early childhood education settings or private schools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, implementation, and standardized testing procedures.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and school administration.
- Familiarity with educational technology integration, learning technology tools, and literacy education techniques.
- Ability to analyze student performance data to monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or in early intervention programs is a plus.
