About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Specialist and become the vital link between our brand and our growing community of pet parents. This role combines outstanding customer service, customer engagement, problem-solving, and operational support to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction is positive, informative, and solutions-oriented while supporting our social-first marketing efforts and day-to-day business operations. What You'll Do Customer Care & Community Support
- Deliver exceptional customer service across email, social media, DMs, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Build strong relationships with customers and help create a positive brand experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and support data management processes
- Assist with customer follow-up, order support, and fulfillment coordination
Who You Are
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Fluent in internet culture and comfortable navigating TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and excited to contribute beyond your job description
- Experience in customer service, customer support, administrative support or gorgias experience is a plus—but not required.
