Experienced FedEx Delivery Driver – $160–$200+/Day – Top Pay

We are hiring experienced Step Van drivers who want to drive, get paid, and go home. No micromanagement. No “rescue” nonsense. High-density routes for drivers who can handle the volume.
THE PAY STRUCTURE:
- Base Pay: Up to $200+ per day.
- Weekly Potential: $1,000+ per week (6th day optional).
- The Guarantee: Finish early? Paid for the full day.

THE WORK:
- Volume: High-density routes .
- Vehicle: Company-provided Step Van (P1000/P1200). No CDL required.
- Schedule: Full-time, 5-day workweek (Weekend availability required).
REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS):
- Experience: 1+ Year professional driving experience (FedEx/UPS/Amazon) is REQUIRED.
- License: Valid Driver’s License with Clean MVR (No DUIs/Reckless in last 3 years).
- Physical: Must be physically fit. This is an athletic job. Lift/maneuver up to 150 lbs.
- DOT: Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain).
- Age: Must be 21+ years old.
- Compliance: Must pass background check and drug screen.
