Grazie Hospitality is looking for a Director of Catering Growth to build catering into a major revenue channel across both of our brands: Grazie Grazie and Grazie Nonna.
We currently operate four locations, with plans to grow to 10 locations over the next 24 months. Both brands already generate meaningful catering demand — the opportunity now is to build the systems, relationships, and sales engine that allow catering to scale alongside the company.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to build something meaningful and be rewarded for creating long-term growth.
The position works closely with store leadership, marketing, and ownership.
What This Role OwnsBuild Recurring Corporate Catering Business
We are looking for someone who understands how to build recurring revenue and has done it before.
This role will focus on developing long-term relationships across:
- Corporate offices
- Schools and universities
- Healthcare systems
- Residential communities
- Sports organizations
- Local businesses
Success in this role means building repeat weekly and monthly business — not simply chasing one-off orders.
Grow Social Catering
There is significant opportunity to grow catering for:
- Family gatherings
- Holidays
- Graduations
- Birthdays
- School events
- Home entertaining
This is especially true for Grazie Nonna.
Own Third-Party Catering Channels
Manage and grow third-party catering platforms while ensuring they are:
- Optimized operationally
- Profitable
- Driving repeat business
Build Outbound Sales
This role cannot wait for inbound demand.
We need someone who knows how to proactively create business through:
- Outreach
- Partnerships
- Networking
- Relationship building
Support New Store Openings
Every new location should open with catering demand already being developed.
This role will:
- Build pipelines before stores open
- Help generate local awareness
- Work directly with store managers to create early momentum
Build the Process
Create scalable systems that support long-term growth, including:
- Lead tracking and conversion
- Client retention
- Reactivation of previous accounts
- Reporting and forecasting
- Repeatable sales processes

Pay: $60,967.52 - $120,000.00 per year
