Overview
We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This position is responsible for managing reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, storm, and other property losses while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and insurance-related stakeholders throughout the life of a project.
Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction projects from initial handoff through final completion.
- Develop project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Review project scopes and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and internal teams as needed.
- Manage project budgets and monitor job profitability.
- Identify change orders and scope adjustments when necessary.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and job records.
Requirements
- Previous project management experience in restoration, reconstruction, or construction required.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret estimates, scopes of work, and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
