Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, results driven Lead Generation Specialist to proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound customer outreach. This is not a traditional call center or dispatcher role. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging customers, making high-volume outbound calls, following up on opportunities, and creating appointments that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to existing and prospective customers
- Follow up on unsold estimates and open proposals
- Contact inactive and dormant customers to generate new opportunities
- Promote maintenance agreements, membership programs, and additional services
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives, technicians, and comfort advisors
- Execute rehash campaigns and customer follow-up initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in the CRM
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue within the existing customer database
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Performance Expectations:
- Less than 10-minute average lead response time
- High same-day booking percentage
- Strong appointment confirmation percentage
- High lead-to-booking conversion rate
- Professional communication and customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous outbound calling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer retention experience preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude with the ability to overcome objections
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
Bonus Structure Includes:
- Bonuses based on appointments set
- Bonuses based on appointment confirmations
- Bonuses based on booking percentage/conversion rate
