We are building our opening team and are looking for passionate, dependable, hospitality-minded individuals who want to be part of something new. Experience is not required but encouraged. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast
- Serve food, drinks, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu items to elevate the guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations
Desired Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles with a focus on guest relations
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
- Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and upscale service standards is a plus
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance revenue opportunities
- Previous experience in roles such as host/hostess, bartender, server or in some sort of customer service position
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
