About the Role
As a Manufacturing Equipment Technician, you will play a vital role in our production floor by ensuring machinery runs at peak performance to meet output targets. You will utilize your technical skills to set up equipment, perform quality inspections, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
Responsibilities-
Configure and calibrate industrial machinery to meet precise sizing specifications and technical drawings.

Operate motorized equipment, including forklifts and specialized lifting systems, to facilitate material flow.

Conduct routine quality assessments using precision measuring tools like tape measures to ensure product accuracy.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs to minimize downtime and optimize production flow.

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and maintain high standards of station organization.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to operate industrial machinery and follow complex instructions.

Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including kneeling, stooping, and twisting.

Ability to lift up to 60lbs and assist in moving loads up to 100lbs.

Successful completion of pre-employment screening requirements.

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn new technical processes.

Basic understanding of mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
