Monday - Friday; 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Starting at $25.00 per hour (includes $22.00 per hour base pay + $3.00 per hour shift premium) + monthly efficiency pay incentives.

Pay is based upon monthly efficiency rates, starting at $22.00 per hour, up to $28.00 per hour + an additional $3.00 per hour shift premium.
This position is responsible for retrieving items from warehouse in a safe manner to fulfil customer orders. Building orders requires exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to pace yourself to be able to meet daily responsibilities. Because we make building products, please note that this position requires strong physical abilities for handling products made from steel or other metal. This position will require the use of scanner tools and other warehouse equipment. Orders then are wrapped/strapped for safe travel and are verified for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
· Reading pick order and accurate SKU identification
· Preparing orders for shipment to our customers including pulling 25lb-100lb product boxes, building & strapping skids
· Operating JLG equipment, and using pallet jacks, possibility of using hi-lo
· Use of scanner
· Loading trucks
· Problem solving and customer interaction
· Following safety instructions & procedures
· Working efficiently
Requirements:
· Ability to read a pick ticket
· Count accurately
· Detail oriented & able to remember SKUs and product locations
· Ability to work independently as well as on a team
· Ability to self-pace your work to achieve daily objectives
· Strong communication & organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize while maintaining top quality customer service both externally and internally is necessary
· Experience in using warehouse equipment (JLG, electric pallet jacks, hi-lo’s, scanners)
· Warehouse/shipping experience required
· Dependable attendance and a current or recent work history
· Steady employment history, ideally 2 years with a previous or current employer or fewer than 3 employers in the last 5 years with no significant gaps
