Alsara Vein Clinic is looking for a dependable, cheerful, and motivated Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical team member to join our exceptional team on a part-time or PRN basis. We welcome applicants with healthcare experience as well as motivated students pursuing nursing, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or other healthcare-related programs who are interested in gaining valuable hands-on patient care experience
Position Highlights:

Responsibilities (training provided):
- Welcome patients and prepare them for appointments in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Assist providers during in-office vein procedures and patient treatments
- Learn and support basic aspects of Duplex Ultrasound workflow (training provided)
- Provide compassionate pre- and post-procedure patient instructions
- Assist with dressings and specialized vein care
- Help ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience
- Communicate with patients by phone in a professional and caring manner
- Maintain clinical supplies and a clean, organized environment
- Perform additional patient care and clinic duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant or equivalent with healthcare experience
- Students pursuing nursing, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or other healthcare-related programs are encouraged to apply
- No prior vein experience required — we provide comprehensive training
