Everwell Cleaning is a residential cleaning company serving homeowners across the Grand Rapids area. We connect skilled, reliable cleaners with clients who want their homes done right; routine cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans. What You'll Do
- Perform routine, deep, and move-in/move-out residential cleans based on our standard checklist
- Arrive on time, communicate professionally with clients, and represent Everwell well in someone's home
- Bring your own basic supplies/equipment (details provided during onboarding) unless otherwise arranged
- Complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly — we pay flat rate, so speed and quality both matter
- Communicate with the team via text/app about scheduling, job completion, and any issues on-site
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes in the Grand Rapids/Kent County area
- Strong attention to detail — you take pride in a job looking genuinely clean, not just "good enough"
- Professional, trustworthy demeanor (you'll be alone in people's homes)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time on a job
- Prior cleaning experience required
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, job notes, and communication
