Job Overview
Furniture of America is seeking a confident and engaging Social Media Livestream Specialist to represent our products across digital platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable on camera, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-driven sales.
- Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions across multiple platforms
- Present and demonstrate furniture products in a clear, engaging manner
- Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and drive conversions
- Follow structured scripts and optimize performance based on key metrics (engagement, GMV)
- Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy and live stream planning
Qualifications
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills
- Energetic, confident, and sales-driven mindset
- Experience in live streaming, content creation, retail sales, or showroom sales preferred
- Ability to engage audiences and guide them toward purchase decisions
- Reliable, professional, and consistent availability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Incentives
- Base hourly rate: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Tiered commission structure (uncapped earning potential)
- Performance-based bonuses for high-performing streams
