Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through various HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws such as OSHA and FMLA regulations.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating performance management initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee HR compliance by maintaining accurate records related to workers' compensation, contracts, OSHA standards, and ensuring adherence to employment law.
- Support training & development programs by organizing workshops, coordinating succession planning efforts, and assisting with employee orientation sessions.
- Utilize HRIS systems like ADP, Paychex, or Kronos for data collection, payroll processing, and HR data analysis to inform strategic planning and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design projects and change management initiatives to optimize human capital management strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or administration with supervising or managing teams preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, conflict management, and effective communication across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Paylocity or Ceridian; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies including sourcing through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Taleo or PeopleSoft.
