Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate for TCC, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products for their wireless needs. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert advice on the newest technology, and ensure our store remains organized and inviting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while sharing your passion for all the newest features of technology to make customers feel at ease within the wireless world.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in any of their wireless needs
- Provide expert advice on T-Mobile policies, promotions, and everything that's needed to make communication a necessity
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product availability through effective merchandising strategies
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and managing inventory levels
- Support Corporate initiatives by assisting with online order pickups or inquiries when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers in English or multilingual settings to address questions about switching to T-Mobile or maintain customer retention (current customers)
Qualifications
- Passionate about the newest tech out there!
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Experience with retail sales processes including cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math
- Organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and inventory control efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Basic understanding of digital platforms or online order management is desirable
