What You'll Do
- Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
- Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
- Maintain optical inventory and displays
- Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
- Cross-train in other departments for career growth
What We're Looking For
- A few years of optical experience is a plus (customer service or sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Professional, friendly and dependable

Schedule
- Monday - Saturday with rotating day off, 1/2 day on Saturdays
Pay & Benefits
- Guaranteed hourly wage - $14.50 - $18/hour
