We are looking for a compassionate Certified Registered Behavior Technician with experience working with children ages 4 to 10 years of age and ready to make a difference in the lives of others.
RBT responsibilities include:
- Follow behavioral health plans developed by a BCBA to provide beneficial and effective care to patients.
- Participate monthly check-ins with supervisor
- Conduct Reinforcercement assessments
- Brief at the end of session with family (quick update on progress and or needs)
- Observe child behaviors to collect ABC data
- Teach specific skills required for skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
- Follow ethical code of conduct based on the BACB guidelines
- Collect skill acquisition data during session.
- Complete objective session notes
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- An ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors in a professional manner.
- Ability to maintain composure during behavior episodes
- Ability to problem solve when needed
- Communicate with Supervisor when an ethical question arises
- Accept Supervision feedback with professionalism
- Be punctual at all times
- Team player

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
