Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise breakfast service operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, timely delivery, and outstanding customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and inventory control to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Monitor kitchen activities including cooking, food production, and presentation to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct regular shift management duties including supervising staff performance, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize costs, improve profitability, and implement budget controls.
Experience
- Proven management experience in food service management or hospitality management roles, preferably within quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Prior experience supervising teams in casual dining or hotel settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and food industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team training, interviewing potential staff members, and managing hospitality teams effectively.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting and profit analysis; excellent managerial communication skills are essential.
