Wal-Tek Industries is looking for experienced CNC Operators to join our NIGHT SHIFT team. DO NOT APPLY if you do not have a minimum of 1-year experience operating CNC Vertical Mills or Lathes. and a strong mechanical aptitude. 3pm to 1am, Monday through Thursday with paid lunch
Responsibilities:
- Operate multiple CNC machines.
- Monitor machines during operation.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Recommend adjustments regarding machine settings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls.
- Knowledge of basic cutting tools and Measuring Tools (Mics/Calipers)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations.
