Seeking a motivated and engaged Production Supervisor to lead and direct the daily activities of the department. This individual is responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, service, and on-time delivery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer requirements and company goals are achieved.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Provide daily leadership and supervision to hourly production employees to meet all goals

Maintain and promote a safe and clean work environment

Create and maintain a work environment that promotes employee engagement and continuous improvement

Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to standard work

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
