At The Lounge Aesthetics + Wellness, our mission is simple: to make non-surgical cosmetic care accessible to all while treating everyone with unparalleled respect, humility, and dignity. We are a warm and inviting haven where we embrace diversity in all its forms. We are authentically different, effortlessly rad, and unwaveringly dependable.
In the heart of Bend, we have built a space where clinical excellence meets genuine care. We are a people-first medspa, and our team is close-knit, passionate, and deeply invested in both the people we treat and each other.
The Team & Culture
You will work directly alongside our owner and Medical Director, Leela Stuart RN, PMHNP, and our Practice Manager, Britt Sullivan. We are exceptionally protective of our team culture and clinical standards.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who views aesthetics as a long-term career and thrives in a collaborative ecosystem. While you will have the autonomy to treat your patients with artistry and precision, you are never on an island. You are part of a supportive duo (soon to be trio) that sets the tone for everything we do.
What You Will Be Doing
- Clinical Day to Day: Administering a full scope of treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, Jeuveau), HA fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse®, PRP, laser hair removal and SkinPen® Microneedling.
- The Boutique Experience: You will treat every face, as well as the patient's goals, as unique—not a production line. You will conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans, ensuring every service is tailored to the individual’s anatomy, goals, and long-term skin health.
- Deeply Committed: You will take immense pride in your craft and view aesthetics as a blend of science and art form.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive when given professional trust, but you communicate flawlessly with Leela and Britt. You take pride in behind-the-scenes excellence —from meticulous EMR charting and safety protocols to ensuring our standards remain "unwaveringly dependable."
- Empathetic & Personable: You believe every face tells a story and every person deserves a safe, kind, and dependable guide.
