All Star Cheer Coach
Elevate Elite Cheer & Tumbling is seeking an experienced All Star Cheer Coach to lead our Level 3+ teams and Level 5+ tumbling development in Burleson, Texas (with a direct path to Program Director.)
Located just south of Fort Worth, Elevate Elite sits on some of the most untapped all star talent in Texas. We are looking for an inspirational coach ready to build teams that compete for a bid toThe Cheerleading Worlds. This is a unique opportunity to be the architect of a program on its way up; building your own system with athletes hungry to be pushed, a facility with resources to back your teams, and leadership that understands this industry.
This position includes a Sign-On Bonus, paid in installments through the competition season.
Additional earning opportunities are available through guaranteed Private Lesson Facility slots.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Level 3+ all star team through the full season; routine build, stunts, pyramids, cleaning, full-outs, and competition day
- Coach our Level 5+ tumbling track, including progressions, spotting, and skill development
- Safely spot advanced cheer tumbling skills and progressions
- Teach proper technique, shaping, body control, drills, and conditioning
- Evaluate athlete readiness before progressing to higher-level skills
- Maintain a positive, structured, and safe training environment
- Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, and staff
- Help set the standard for a growing all star program
Requirements
- All star team coaching experience required ; you have run a team through a competition season
- Level 5+ spotting experience required; fulls, layouts, and elite passes without a second spotter
- Strong stunt and pyramid knowledge at Level 3 and above
- Strong knowledge of safe skill progression and proper technique
- Experience working with children and teens
- Able to run a team and lead practice independently
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Weekday evening availability and some competition weekends
- Pass background check
Preferred Qualifications
- USASF certification (or willingness to obtain; we will help)
- Experience coaching Level 5+ teams or athletes
- Choreography and private lesson experience
- Background as a Level 5/6 athlete in cheer and competitive tumbling
Schedule
This is a part-time position with weekday evening hours and some competition weekends. Additional hours are available based on class demand and private lesson opportunities.
