Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive working relationships while providing coaching, direction, and support to Team Members
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Help ensure operational standards, food safety requirements, and customer service expectations are consistently met
- Support opening, closing, and shift execution responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and help create a positive, productive work environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Assist restaurant leadership with daily operational needs and problem-solving
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous leadership, supervisory, shift lead, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Dependable, adaptable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to effectively lead and communicate with both guests and team members
