As a Welder with us, you'll be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality steel and aluminum components, interpreting detailed blueprints, and ensuring all finished pieces meet strict standards. If you’re committed to safety, quality, and working hard, this role is a great fit for you.

Hours:
1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (overtime as needed on Saturdays)
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld steel and aluminum components using MIG welding techniques
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Measure and fabricate parts with precision
- Maintain quality standards throughout the welding process
- Follow safety protocols and workplace standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of MIG welding experience with steel and/or aluminum
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using measuring devices and fabrication tools
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work on-site in Hartville, Ohio
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment fabrication
- Certifications in advanced welding techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least 2 years of dedicated welding experience
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed on Saturdays
