We are seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial Independent Outside Sales Representatives to expand our presence within assigned territory. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for experienced medical sales professionals who are passionate about Women's Health and thrive on building relationships, developing new business, and growing existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive revenue growth.
- Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
- Call on:
- OB/GYN physician practices
- Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) practices
- Fertility clinics
- Hospitals
- Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)
- Women's imaging centers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while expanding product utilization.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations, educational in-services, and sales presentations.
- Introduce new products and identify cross-selling opportunities throughout customer accounts.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, practice managers, purchasing departments, sterile processing, operating room staff, and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and territory management.
- Accurately document customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance expectations.
- Attend regional and national trade shows, conferences, sales meetings, and training events as requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of successful outside medical sales experience preferred.
- Existing relationships with OB/GYN physician practices, fertility centers, hospitals, and key healthcare decision-makers within the assigned territory are strongly preferred.
- Previous experience selling medical devices, disposable products, capital equipment, or healthcare solutions into hospitals, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and Women's Health practices is preferred.
- Proven history of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory on a daily basis.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- Monthly commission payments based on collected sales.
