We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Facilities Attendant to help maintain our clubhouse and set up member events. This hands-on role combines facility care, housekeeping, light maintenance, and banquet setup to ensure our members and guests enjoy a first-class experience every day.

Schedule
Early morning shift, typically 4:00am–12:00pm. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required based on club events. (No regular late-night shifts — great fit if you prefer an early-start schedule.)
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the clubhouse and grounds
- Clean and stock restrooms, common areas, offices, dining rooms, and event spaces
- Vacuum, dust, polish surfaces, clean windows, and perform general custodial duties
- Set up and break down banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications
- Arrange tables, chairs, staging, and equipment for meetings, weddings, and club events
- Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, patching, and basic carpentry
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed
- Monitor building conditions and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Maintain custodial supply inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and club standards
- Respond to operational requests and member needs in a professional manner
You'll be part of a small, supportive facilities team reporting to the Facilities Manager.
Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Reliable availability for the early-morning schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends/holidays
- Excellent reliability, attendance, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
