Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This position is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who is confident working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has extensive experience installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.
The right candidate will have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing reliable, professional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications, plans, and applicable codes.
- Perform complete system replacements and new HVAC installations.
- Install and connect air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, thermostats, and related components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and service on heating and cooling equipment when necessary.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards as well as local codes and regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed and any issues identified.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Properly care for company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Work effectively with other installers, technicians, and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of HVAC experience required.
- Proven experience performing HVAC installations and system replacements.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and industry best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform HVAC repairs when needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand installation instructions, specifications, and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work.
- Background check will be completed for candidates being considered for employment.
Company Vehicle
A company work vehicle will be provided and may be taken home, subject to company policies.

Compensation and employment terms may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
