Ticketing & Guest Experience Associate

Position Summary
The Ticketing & Guest Experience Associate is the face of APAC’s box office and the anchor of our audience experience. This role manages day-to-day ticketing infrastructure, coordinates our venue membership program, and leverages sales data to support marketing and patron retention. We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-driven professional who loves the arts and excels at building community relationships.
Core Focus Areas
- Ticketing & Box Office: Build and manage all events, seating charts, tiered pricing, and discount codes within the Etix platform. Lead physical box office operations during live performances and resolve patron inquiries efficiently.
- Membership Program Administration: Act as the primary concierge for APAC members. Manage enrollments, track renewals, coordinate communication, and ensure the flawless execution of member benefits and exclusive presales.
- Guest Experience & Retention: Provide exceptional phone, email, and in-person service. Coordinate accessibility accommodations and build strong, positive relationships with season ticketholders, donors, and community partners.
- Data Reporting & Analytics: Pull and analyze sales trends, attendance metrics, and demographic data. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to supply clean data for email campaigns and strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Traits
- Experience: Background in box office ticketing, patron services, or hospitality/arts administration preferred. Experience with Etix or similar ticketing CRMs is a major plus.
- Skills: High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail regarding data entry and financial reconciliation.
- Mindset: A strong customer-service champion who remains calm and solution-oriented under pressure. Genuine passion for the performing arts.
- Availability: Must have a flexible schedule capable of working evenings and weekends based on the live performance calendar.
