Compensation: Hourly Pay plus Commission. $50k-$200k/yr
Role Overview
Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery is a premier facial plastic surgery and aesthetic practice known for natural, refined results and an elevated patient experience. We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Injector with a strong aesthetic eye and exceptional clinical judgment to deliver advanced non-surgical treatments in a physician-led environment.
This role is ideal for an RN who values precision, safety, artistry, and long-term patient relationships. The RN Injector will provide injectable treatments and energy-based procedures while upholding the highest standards of care, compliance, and luxury service.
Key ResponsibilitiesAesthetic Treatments & Clinical Care
- Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal fillers, following physician protocols and best practices
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including:
- CO₂ laser treatments
- IPL / BBL or other light-based therapies
- Microneedling (with or without RF, as applicable)
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning with a focus on natural outcomes
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-procedure care
- Deliver consistent, safe, and high-quality clinical results aligned with Dr. Ladner’s aesthetic standards
- Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and ongoing skin health regimens. Recommend appropriate products based on patient needs, treatment plans, and physician guidance.
Patient Experience & Relationship Management
- Provide concierge-level patient care in a luxury medical environment
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with patients
- Address patient questions, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators to support treatment plans and patient retention
Clinical Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Adhere to all state nursing regulations, medical protocols, and safety standards
- Follow infection control, laser safety, and medication handling guidelines
- Support informed consent and patient education documentation
Practice Growth & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with surgeons, leadership, and marketing on patient education and service offerings
- Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, and techniques through ongoing education
- Support practice initiatives, events, and new technology launches as needed
QualificationsRequired
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an aesthetic injector preferred
- Hands-on experience with:
- Neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Energy-based devices (CO₂ laser, IPL)
- Microneedling
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
- High attention to detail, safety, and clinical excellence
Preferred
- Experience in a facial plastic surgery or high-end aesthetic practice
- Advanced laser or device certifications
- Proven ability to build a loyal patient base
- Strong aesthetic judgment with a natural-results philosophy
