About This Position
We are looking for a Medical Assistant/Aesthetician with a passion for patient care and personal growth. High energy, an outgoing personality, and exceptional customer service skills are a must. This role involves both medical assisting and aesthetician responsibilities, as well as supporting office management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Taking phone calls and scheduling patients
- Gathering patient history and information
- Taking vitals, drawing blood, and managing lab work
- Refilling medications for patients
- Assisting with aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser treatments, etc.)
- Performing skincare consultations and treatments
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Supporting the development of new policies and office procedures
- Collaborating in marketing and growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate:

Must-Have Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office, with a preference toward aesthetic experience
- Self-motivated and creative thinking are highly valued

- Efficient with prioritization and task management
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Proficient in using computers and managing digital systems
- Reliable transportation
