Global Connection Academy is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and motivated Operations & Business Development Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, building relationships, and turning ideas into action.
The majority of the position will be based at our school in Thompson, supporting daily operations and helping move projects and priorities forward. The role will also provide opportunities to help develop new programs, partnerships, and business initiatives.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities will vary and may include:
- Support day-to-day school operations, administration, scheduling, communications, and follow-up
- Communicate with families, staff, vendors, community partners, and other organizations
- Support enrollment growth through family engagement, outreach, and community relationships
- Build relationships with potential partners, businesses, and organizations
- Assist with developing and launching new educational, community, and business initiatives
- Coordinate special projects from idea through implementation
- Help coordinate facility needs, vendors, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Provide administrative and logistical support across organizational priorities
- Take on new projects and responsibilities as opportunities and needs arise

Experience in school administration, business, project coordination, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related area is helpful, but we are open to different backgrounds.
More important than a specific degree or job title is your ability to learn quickly, build relationships, take ownership, solve problems, and get things done.
