Position Overview
As a Server at Flaming Bowl, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and satisfied. From greeting guests to delivering delicious dishes, you’ll create memorable moments that keep our customers coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring quality presentation.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Prior serving experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
