Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and attentive Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and guests. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties
- Check and scan ID's at the door for proof of drinking age
- Monitor guests arriving and do not allow intoxicated or underage patrons is
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports.
- Manage conflicts effectively while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
Skills
- Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.
