We have an immediate openings for shuttle drivers! $16 / hour PLUS TIPS!!!
We have part time and full time first and second shift openings. The hours are 7:30a-3:30p or 3:30p - midnight. This person will work 2-5 shifts per week pending the team members' availability.
As one of our Shuttle Drivers you will play a critical role in our guest’s experience. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for helping guests in and out of the property, assisting guests by providing transportation, carrying baggage and delivering items and information in an efficient and pleasant manner. As a Shuttle Driver you will have many opportunities to brighten someone's day.
Your job duties will include,
- Safely transport hotel guests to and from their destinations
- Ensures baggage is secured and tagged at guest request
- Accepts dry cleaning from guest to secure for pick-up by dry cleaning company; delivers clean laundry to guest’s room in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Ensure shuttle van complies with safety and security protocol
- Obey all traffic rules and regulations constantly throughout shift to ensure a safe, accident-free trip/ transfers
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests
- Supplement staffing of the bellstand and bell-person duties when not driving
Qualifications,
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must be able to work well in stressful, high pressured situations including the ability to handle guest complains and disputes and resolve them to satisfactory results
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests
- Approach all guest encounters with a friendly and open manner
- Excellent knowledge of local area and roads
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver's License
- Applicant must be approved by our insurance company prior to making an offer of employment
