What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll serve as the face of Quality Brands throughout your assigned territory by:
- Building strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, bars, and licensed accounts
- Growing sales through consultative selling and strategic account management
- Presenting new wines, spirits, and promotional programs
- Expanding product distribution while securing displays, shelf placements, menu features, and promotional opportunities
- Executing merchandising standards and supplier initiatives
- Identifying new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service and becoming a trusted business partner
- Monitoring market trends and sharing insights that help customers succeed

Previous outside sales, beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
We believe in rewarding performance while providing a strong foundation for success.
- Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Additional Earning Opportunities: Earn more through supplier-sponsored incentive programs, sales contests, and performance-based rewards throughout the year.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory daily
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in retail and hospitality environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
