This position will be in our Simpsonville, SC office.
Primary Intake Responsibilities (Will Train)
· Receive incoming calls and emails from potential clients and work to schedule an appointment with the attorney
· Set up Zoom meetings to add to appointments
· Continue in communication with clients as needed to address any issues or rescheduling that needs to be handled
· Follow up on leads in an attempt to get all scheduled for a consult
· Update project management system with all client activity
· Work with Manager and team to continue to grow the business and make processes and systems better
As Back Up to the Front Desk - only as needed
· Be available for attorney needs during appointments
· Be a witness on signings
· Greet clients and ensure that they receive the best in customer care
· Complete tasks for client check-out – payments, receipts, scheduling signings, etc.
Skills
· Experience using or implementing AI tools, platforms, or workflows is highly desired. Relevant AI certifications are considered a strong plus.
· Able to spend most of the day on the phone taking warm and hot leads or speaking with current clients.
· Excellent phone skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and support team members
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have friendly people skills
· Must be able to multitask
· Must be adaptable – able to adjust as job duties may change due to the growing business
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook calendar) and Google Drive applications
· Able to learn new skills
· Highly organized and pays close attention to detail
· Ability to work alone and with a team
· Problem-solving skills
· Able to exhibit compassion and empathy to hurting clients
· Computer literacy
· Flexible - On any given day, you may need to perform a variety of tasks
· Experience with Trello and DocuSign a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
