Flow Pros Plumbing is hiring a full-time Service Plumber.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced plumber who can handle residential and light commercial service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, communicate professionally with customers, and complete clean, code-compliant work.

Pay:
$25–$45 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Run residential and light commercial plumbing service calls
- Diagnose leaks, stoppages, water heater issues, fixture issues, and general plumbing problems
- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Explain repair options and recommendations
- Take job photos and document work performed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Work with the office/team to complete jobs efficiently
Common work includes:
- Leak detection and repairs
- Drain cleaning and stoppages
- Water heater repair and replacement
- Tankless water heater service and installation
- Faucet, toilet, sink, and garbage disposal repairs/installations
- Angle stops, valves, supply lines, and fixture repairs
- Sewer and drain inspections
- Light commercial plumbing service
Requirements:
- Plumbing service experience required
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be comfortable speaking with customers
- Must be able to diagnose plumbing issues and explain solutions
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have basic hand tools
- English required; Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work occasional weekends or after-hours calls is a plus
Preferred:
- Experience with residential service plumbing
- Experience with drain cleaning and sewer cameras
- Experience with water heaters and tankless water heaters
- Ability to sell or present repair options professionally
- Clean driving record

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability as needed
Emergency calls as needed
Compensation:
$25–$45 per hour based on experience
