BG Staffing is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Sarasota, FL 34243. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, customer‑focused, and confident in a fast‑paced leasing environment.

Greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features

Assist with leasing, applications, and move‑in processes

Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication

Support marketing, outreach, and lead follow‑up

Maintain accurate leasing files and documentation

Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Previous apartment leasing experience required

Strong communication and sales skills
