We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support the build of high-quality components and assemblies in a fast-paced bench assembly environment. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates with experience assembling mechanical products, equipment, or complex consumer products are encouraged to apply.

Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to accurately assemble components and subassemblies

Perform bench-level mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality

Assemble mechanical parts and components with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Follow established safety procedures and company quality standards

Complete work according to production schedules with minimal supervision

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Perform other duties and projects as assigned

High school diploma or GED required

2+ years of mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, BOMs, blueprints, or work instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Experience using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic computer skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly

Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
