Job Overview and Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation of best practices, strategies and processes which foster optimal performance. Works closely with departmental leadership, internal and external of the group, to optimize Business Office effectiveness across all departments. Leads and mentors coordinators within the Business Office and participates in cross-departmental leadership meetings.

Associate degree or related experience

1-2 years leading a team

3 years of relevant work experience

Must be able to carry company and customer items long distances across terminal

Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

Subject matter expert in Business Office processes and systems

Enthusiasm and passion for the airline industry and working in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment

High level of analytical ability

Strong, demonstrated team leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

Must be flexible and willing to work in an operation which may include weekends and holidays

Bachelor's degree or related experience
Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Finance,

The base pay range for this role is $57,784.00 to $70,334.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
