Position Overview
We are hiring entry-level Machine Vision Equipment Operator I employees to operate and monitor Machine Vision inspection equipment at our Arizona site.
No previous Machine Vision experience is required. Training will be provided after hire to ensure employees are prepared to perform their assigned duties.This position includes free shared housing and company-provided commuting transportation for employees who require housing and transportation support.

About GLIM

Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter data
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the operating status and inspection results of Machine Vision inspection equipment
- Check equipment alarms, system status, and abnormal conditions
- Record equipment alarms, inspection results, and work activities
- Report equipment issues or abnormalities to a Technician or designated supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and surrounding equipment environment
Compensation & Work Conditions
- Starting pay: $25.00/hour
- Regular working hours: 40 hours per week
- Overtime paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week
- Rotating shift work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
