**Full Time, Part-Time and PRN shifts available.**
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and manual therapy
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
Skills/Experience:
- Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
- Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Proficient in providing trigger point therapy and other manual therapy techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
