Job Summary
Responsible for receiving and editing patient diet orders according to nutrition care manual. Assists other members of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) in patient meal tray service and related activities.
Qualifications
Education
- Preferred
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
- Preferred
- One year of experience in a Clerical role
- One year of experience in Hospitality/Food Service
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Texas Food Handler Certification
- Must obtain within thirty (30) days of start date
