Outbound Call Center Representative – HVAC (Appointment Setting)

About the Role
Frontline Heating & Air is growing fast, and we’re looking to add 2 high-energy Outbound Call Center Representatives to our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to set qualified appointments.

Primary Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily using company-provided dialing systems
- Contact homeowners from approved past customer databases
- Clearly explain our current promotions
- Schedule appointments
- Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and appointments in our CRM
- Follow call scripts while sounding natural and professional
- Maintain compliance with all calling regulations (TCPA compliant calling only)
- Work closely with management to hit daily and weekly booking goals
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
This is a metrics-driven role. Successful reps consistently hit:
- 200-300 outbound calls per day
- 2+ booked appointments per day
- Strong show-rate and appointment quality
- Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Fast learner who can follow systems and scripts
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented environment
- Prior outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center experience is a plus (but not required)
- HVAC, home services, or sales-related experience is a bonus — not mandatory
