Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate assessment processes with individuals, families, and providers
- Conduct assessments using a person-centered approach at a location and time convenient for the individual
- Conduct interviews, verify information, and use multiple sources to finalize assessments
- Complete assessments using provided software
- Work from home when not conducting assessments
Requirements:
- 1+ year of post-degree experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (IDD/DD), including conditions like Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and accommodate varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in software applications (spreadsheets, databases, email, )
- Valid NYS Driver’s License or NYS ID card
- Must reside in New York State
