Advanced Assembly Technician

Job Summary
The Advanced Assembly Technician will be responsible for building complex mechanical components. The technician will support the production team as required to ensure: safety is maintained; high quality standards are met; and production schedules are maintained. The technician will assemble parts using various techniques and equipment. Assembly can consist of using electric drivers, working with epoxy, and solder.
Primary Job Duties
· Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
· Maintain high quality standards.
· Assemble complex mechanical components.
· Use hand tools, and other equipment to assist in assembly.
· Perform assigned tasks.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Provide feedback on area improvements.

Schedule:
· 8 hour shift with occasional overtime
Salary:
$22-28/hr based on experience
Quarterly bonus
Deburring and Assembly technician requirements and qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Commitment to safety in the workplace
· High quality standards.
· Experience assembling mechanical components
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good teamwork skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Basic computer skills
