American Yacht Club (AYC) is seeking professional, hospitality-driven Front of House team members
to join our dining and events operation. We are a private, member-owned waterfront club known for
warm, anticipatory service, clear standards, and a respectful, team-focused culture.
AYC is a non-tipping club. All positions are hourly, offering stable and predictable compensation in a
professional service environment.
Open Positions & Pay Ranges (Non-Tipping Club)
- Server: $18–$25/hour
- Bartender: $20–$28/hour
- Food Runner: $17–$22/hour
- Busser: $16–$20/hour
Seasonal & Year-Round Roles
- Seasonal: Spring–Fall (peak dining and event season)
- Year-Round: Available based on performance and department needs
- Seasonal team members may be considered for year-round positions
