SUMMARY: Valicy is looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and positively impacts people's lives through a culture of care. We’re looking for our next C.A.R.E. Coach who brings heart, organization, and energy to everything they do. In this role, you’ll focus on making our workplace connected, valued, and engaged, ensuring every team member feels supported and excited to come to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
- Plan and coordinate employee events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and company workshops.
- Partner with department leads to strengthen internal connection and team morale.
- Gather and respond to employee feedback to enhance workplace culture.
- Manage internal recognition programs and support culture-building efforts.
- Be a friendly, approachable go-to person for day-to-day employee support and coaching.
- Meet with individuals to build relationships and open opportunities to impact our teammates’ lives.
- Seek out opportunities to grow teammates in their Spiritual, Mental, Physical, Relational, and Financial Health.
- Implement and facilitate C.A.R.E. initiatives that drive engagement, growth, and health throughout the company.
- Envision, coordinate, and execute company-wide events.
REQUIREMENTS:
